Trust your gut, they say. But what if your gut's having a bad day? Reishi & Shiitake Gut Feeling is here to help! This earthy pu-erh blend, with activating ginger and turmeric, bold peach notes, and the powerful duo of Reishi and Shiitake mushrooms, is like a probiotic party for your belly.

We've taken the gut-loving goodness of Pu-erh tea, fermented black tea that's basically a probiotic powerhouse, and added ginger and turmeric, the dynamic duo of digestion. But we didn't stop there.

We've brought in our very own Reishi, the 'mushroom of tranquility,' to soothe your gut and calm your mind, because a happy gut means a happy you. And Shiitake, the immune-boosting mushroom, joins the party, adding its own unique blend of nutrients to support your overall gut health.

Think of it as a gut-friendly superhero team, with Pu-erh as the leader, ginger and turmeric as the sidekicks, and Reishi and Shiitake as the wise elders. This isn't just a tea; it's a gut wellness retreat.

HOT BREWING METHOD:

Bring fresh, filtered cold water to a rolling boil. Place one slightly heaped teaspoon of loose tea per 200-260mL cup in your teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and steep for 3-7 minutes, depending on your preferred strength (longer steeping creates a stronger brew).

ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Jug):

(To Make 1 Litre): Place six slightly heaped teaspoons of herbal tea into a teapot or heat-resistant jug. Using fresh, filtered cold water, boil and pour 315mL over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Fill a serving jug a quarter full with cold water. Pour the brewed tea into the serving jug, straining it or removing the tea. Add ice and top up the jug with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. Remember, when brewing iced herbal tea, make the hot brew stronger as it will be diluted by ice and cold water.

ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Individual Serve):

Place one slightly heaped teaspoon of herbal tea or one tea bag into a teapot per 200mL cup. Using fresh, filtered cold water, boil and pour 170-200mL over the tea. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Add the hot tea to a 375mL glass filled with ice, straining it or removing the bags. You'll have slightly more than a single serve. Garnish and sweeten to taste. As with a jug, when brewing iced herbal tea, make the hot brew stronger, as it will be diluted by ice and cold water.
