Lions Mane Mindful Moringa:
Tired of your neurons feeling like they're running on dial-up? Craving a cuppa that'll make your synapses do the tango? Then grab a mug and prepare for Lions Mane Mindful Moringa
Forget those "miracle" pills that taste like sadness. We've harnessed the legendary Moringa, a tree so eager to grow it practically sprouts while you watch. Seriously, this tree has been called everything from "drumstick tree" (because, well, look at the pods) to "miracle tree" (because it's a green, leafy superhero with an ability to grow just about everywhere). packed with various antioxidant compounds, such as flavonoids and polyphenols essential proteins, iron, riboflavin and more
We've paired this botanical brainiac with our very own Lions Mane Mushroom which contains the bioactive compounds hericenones and erinacines to help with your focus and a posse of other herbal heroes such as cinnamon, strawberry and dandelion leaves and safflower petals to deliver a daily dose of vitamins, antioxidants, and enough polyphenols to make a pomegranate blush.
Think of it as a power-up for your noggin, a gentle nudge for your grey matter, a "Hey, brain, remember how awesome you are?" in tea form. We've even tossed in some citrusy sunshine to make it ridiculously sippable. Because let's face it, no one wants a brain boost that tastes like swamp water.
Flavour Profile:
Imagine a mandarin orange throwing a party in your mouth, but instead of party hats, they're wearing little brain-boosting helmets. You'll get a delightful citrus zing, a whisper of umami & spice, and a lingering sense of "Wait, am I suddenly smarter?" Don't worry, it's just the Moringa doing its thing. You might finally find yourself suddenly remembering where you left your keys!
HOT BREWING METHOD:
Bring fresh, filtered cold water to a rolling boil. Place one slightly heaped teaspoon of loose tea per 200-260mL cup in your teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and steep for 3-7 minutes, depending on your preferred strength (longer steeping creates a stronger brew).
ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Jug):
(To Make 1 Litre): Place six slightly heaped teaspoons of herbal tea into a teapot or heat-resistant jug. Using fresh, filtered cold water, boil and pour 315mL over the tea. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Fill a serving jug a quarter full with cold water. Pour the brewed tea into the serving jug, straining it or removing the tea. Add ice and top up the jug with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. Remember, when brewing iced herbal tea, make the hot brew stronger as it will be diluted by ice and cold water.
ICED TEA BREWING METHOD (Individual Serve):
Place one slightly heaped teaspoon of herbal tea or one tea bag into a teapot per 200mL cup. Using fresh, filtered cold water, boil and pour 170-200mL over the tea. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Add the hot tea to a 375mL glass filled with ice, straining it or removing the bags. You'll have slightly more than a single serve. Garnish and sweeten to taste. As with a jug, when brewing iced herbal tea, make the hot brew stronger, as it will be diluted by ice and cold water.
